Blush in the Press
I am very excited to announce that Blush Bridal was mentioned in the 2010 Portland Bridal Show insert in this morning’s Oregonian entitled “On The Path To I Do” thanks to my clients Ahna & Kyle Proctor. I had the pleasure of coordinating Ahna & Kyle’s wedding at the First United Congregational Church and Portland Art Museum in September of 2009, and it was quite a day! Ahna is every coordinators dream. Even though she began planning her wedding nearly two years out, she saw the value and insight a professional coordinator could provide and hired Blush to assist her with tying many of the details together. Blush has coordinated countless weddings at the Portland Art Museum but Ahna & Kyle’s big day was one of the most creative and detailed I’ve seen yet. Ahna spent numerous hours (and late nights) creating beautiful homemade invitations, menus and programs, fun accessories and even purchased tons (and I mean tons!) of sweets for their very personalized candy buffet, all of which were in their wedding colors: chocolate brown and various shades or orange. In addition, Ahna & Kyle had a top notch vendor line-up including Vibrant Table Catering & Events, Artistique Photgraphie, Blum Design In Flowers, Solstice Video, Event Team Northwest and Dream Cakes! All of these amazing vendors along with Ahna’s meticulous attention to detail helped create a memorable ceremony and reception that set their special day apart from other weddings they had attended. I am not at all surprised that Ahna & Kyle’s wedding was chosen for this article as Ahna is very creative and resourceful, and has a tremendous amount of insight to offer future brides! Thank you Ahna and Kyle for choosing Blush to help with your very special day. You two are a perfect match and I wish you all the best in your new life together!
